Legs, Buttocks, Bottom portion of Abdomen - 18 30 minute sessions. Must commit to 2x per week for 8 weeks or 3x per week for 6 weeks.
Zone Two
Back, Torso, Arms, and Chest - 18 30 minute sessions. Must commit to 2x per week for 8 weeks or 3x per week for 6 weeks.
Zone Three
Face, Head and Neck - 18 30 minute sessions. Must commit to 2x per week for 8 weeks or 3x per week for 6 weeks. Also for special occasions look 10 years younger with only 4 weeks when you add in anti aging light therapy.
